What can I say about Home Town Exteriors except, wow! They went above and beyond for our installation. Our home was built in the sixties so you can imagine those old single pane windows were doing nothing but bleeding money. We started getting bids after attending a home show and experienced the usual “sign now and you save even more” sales pitch, even after stating we were not looking to start this project at that time. Nick came and actually was bidding the gutter topper solution they have, and after looking at our home came up with a fair bid and asked me when he should follow up. I cannot tell you the volume that spoke to me instead of the pressure pitch! Indeed, he waited months and reached back out and we met again to discuss installation of the topper system, which by the way has been outstanding, as our house is surrounded by oak trees and the gutters were constantly jamming with acorns and leaves. NOT anymore! Knowing that they did windows as well, we asked for a bid. Again, the no hassle, here’s the info, up front style he has was most appreciated and he won my business. The office (Beverly) kept us up to date with information on when installation was scheduled and even when we hit a snag, Nick came by to personally to tell us rather than a phone call. Now that’s service! I’ve got to mention his installer ***** who is absolutely awesome. His commitment and attention to detail on our installation was impressive. Both he and Nick braved the cold and even some light snow to get our installation done and always with a smile. With 16 windows, that was no easy task. Working in the service industry for 30 years I don’t give praise out unless it’s truly deserved and in this case, it definitely is. I will use Home Town Exteriors again and recommend them to anyone and everyone I can. Thanks again Nick and team for the enjoyable experience and we love our windows and topper..
